We use a third-party web-based fundraising service, Kintera, Inc., to solicit, maintain, process and store on-line Louisville AIDS Walk registrations (individual and team), donations, and sponsorships.  Information gathered in the course of these functions is subject to Kintera, Inc.’s Privacy Policy, a link to which appears at the bottom of each web page maintained by Kintera, Inc.

The AIDS Services Center Coalition d/b/a Louisville AIDS Walk has access to  information collected on its behalf by Kintera, Inc.  We use this information for our own fund-raising, event management, event publicity, community education and administrative purposes.  These may from time to time include providing names and addresses to a third party for purposes of sending you correspondence on our behalf concerning the Louisville AIDS Walk; other activities of the AIDS Services Center Coalition and/or it’s member organizations; or other HIV/AIDS awareness and education activities in the community.

In addition to information collected by Kintera, Inc., we afford visitors to our site the opportunity to “Contact Us” by using an e-mail form provided therein, which asks your name and e-mail address.  We use this information, and any other information you may choose to provide in your message, for purposes of responding to your message.  We may also use this information to send you future information about the Louisville AIDS Walk; other activities of the AIDS Services Center Coalition and/or it’s member organizations; or other HIV/AIDS awareness and education activities in the community.
